Shipping policy

Shipping
Once confirmed, the order is shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Average delivery times: 3 to 10 business days for delivery within mainland France. These timeframes are provided for reference only. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may request cancellation of the order and obtain a refund.

Responsibilities:

• The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

• Atelier de la Cosarde cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, misplacement, or theft of the order by the carrier.

• In case of damage noted upon delivery, the customer must file a detailed claim with the carrier within 3 days (recommended timeframe).

Shipping Fees
Flat-rate fees, calculated based on weight/distance, or free shipping.
Free shipping available for orders over €300.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with current legal provisions (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, customers must notify their decision by email at atelierdelacosarde@gmail.com, specifying their order number and the items concerned.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned items.

⚠️ Exception: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or customized goods.
