Refund policy

All pieces offered are handmade, with care and patience, in my workshop. As an independent artisan, I want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for online purchases, except for the exceptions mentioned below.

Right of Withdrawal – Returns Possible Within 14 Days

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal (Article L221-18).
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • in perfect condition,

  • unused,

  • in their original packaging.

❗ Exceptions (Article L221-28): Personalized or custom-made creations are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect or damage reported upon delivery.

How to Request a Return?

Please send an email to atelierdelacosarde@gmail.com specifying:

  • your order number,

  • the reason for the return,

  • photos if the item is damaged.

You will receive a quick reply with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the mistake is mine or the product was damaged upon delivery (Article L221-23).

Refunds

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the return.

No refund will be issued for:

  • items damaged after use,

  • returns not validated in advance.

Item Broken Upon Delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

In the event of confirmed damage:
You may choose between a replacement or a full refund (Articles L217-3 to L217-4 – Legal Guarantee of Conformity).
